12/27/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved Upon arrival to the Winter program, the client appeared to be in a content state as evidenced by greeting QMHP-C with moderate emotions. During morning socialization activities, the client used respectful words and kept her hands/feet to herself when interacting with her peers during breakfast. During midday socialization activities, the client remained focused and sat quietly in her seat while watching a movie. During afternoon socialization activities, the client followed directions the first time given by putting her seat belt on and sitting quietly in her seat while riding in the van. QMHP-C greeted the client upon arrival to the Winter program setting. During morning socialization activities, QMHP-C provided the client with verbal praise and encouraged her to continue using respectful words and keeping her hands/feet to herself when interacting with her peers. During midday socialization activities, QMHP-C provided the client with positive reinforcement and encouraged her to continue remaining focused and sitting quietly in her seat. During afternoon socialization activities, QMHP-C provided the client with verbal praise and encouraged her to continue following directions the first time given. The client responded well towards the Winter program as evidenced by participation and engagement. During morning socialization activities, the client agreed to continue using respectful words and keeping her hands/feet to herself when interacting with her peers during breakfast. During midday socialization activities, the client agreed to continue remaining focused and sitting quietly in her seat while watching a movie.
